    Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you upon placement, as well as tracking info when your order has been dispatched.

    During new collection launches and sale periods, we endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times however processing may take up to two business days.

    From dispatch, delivery speeds are subject to courier capacity and may be delayed during busy selling periods e.g. Christmas.

    CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

    Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes vary between countries and may be applied at the port of entry of the receiver's country.

    Please note, we do not cover Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes.

    If you are unsure about Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes in your country, please confirm with your Customs Office prior to placing an order.

    We make every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied at Customs.

    Customer's will need to make payment in order for Customs to release the delivery. Customer's will be liable for shipments that are rejected at Customs (e.g. where a customer refuses to pay). When a shipment is rejected, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

    SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

    To ensure orders reach our customers safely, all of our orders require a signature on delivery and aren't able to be left unattended.

    SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

    If you have placed multiple orders and/or purchase multiple items, these may be combined and shipped together, or split and shipped separately. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

    CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

    If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us ASAP at customercare@sofiathelabel.com with your order number and we will do our best to update the order before it is processed. If your order is processed before these changes can be made, we accept no responsibility for any loss.
