    Refund policy

    If you're not satisfied with your online purchase please email us at customercare@sofiathelabel.com and we will be happy to help.

    Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order for either an Online Store Credit or Exchange.

    HOW TO RETURN

    1. Email for Return Address & Instructions
    Please email customercare@sofiathelabel.com with a short description of your need to return.  If there is an issue with the product, please include a photo to help our team best assist you.  Our team will then provide a return address and instructions via email.

    2. Pack
    Please re-use the packaging your order arrived in. Alternatively, you are welcome to use other packaging as long as the product is secure.

    3. Post
    To ensure your return is safe, trackable and processed ASAP - please Express Post to the provided address and provide the Shipping Carrier Name (e.g. DHL Express) and Tracking Number to customercare@sofiathelabel.com.

    4. Assessment
    Once we have received your return, we will assess the item to make sure everything is in order.  Please allow up to 5 days from when the item reaches us for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email on the status of your return as soon as the assessment has been completed.

    5. Finalise
    Once approved, your Store Credit or Exchange will be processed and confirmed with you via email.

     

    Conditions

    • Garments must be returned in¬†original condition - unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unlaundered, with tags attached.¬†¬†This includes the absence of:
      • marks (e.g. fake tan, makeup, pet hair); and
      • odours (e.g. perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics, washing powder).
    • We strongly recommend utilising a traceable delivery method to return your item/s.¬† SOFIA The Label is not liable for¬†any items¬†lost in return transit.
    • If the item has a minor fault (e.g. a button issue), we will likely be able to repair this for you.
    • We do not¬†offer¬†refunds unless: 1. the item is deemed to have a major fault;¬†and 2. we are unable to repair or replace the item for you.
    • Initial and return postage is non-refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
    • Store Credits are valid for¬†12 months from the date of issue.
