SOFIA is an affordable luxury women’s ready to wear Fashion Label. Launching just two years ago, we have seen exponential growth throughout Australia and are ready to see that growth continue as well as overseas.
Our next chapter has opened the door for an Online Fashion Assistant to join and grow with SOFIA, working alongside the Creative Director. As Online Fashion Assistant, you will coordinatethe responsibilities will include:
Customer service (inc. queries, deliveries, returns);
E-commerce orders support (inc. packing and shipping orders);
Assisting in marketing activities;
Creative assistant on shoots;
Online store inventory and product management;
Liaise with influencers, stockists, suppliers; and
Assist with online platforms (inc. Instagram, Shopify).
To be successful in your application, you will have an understanding of styling and appreciation of fashion and culture (including the SOFIA style and target market) as well as:
Degree qualified or currently studying in a Fashion/Commerce related field (preferred);
Customer Service experience in Fashion and/or Sales (inc. knowledge of the customer journey - ordering to receiving goods);
Computer savvy with an understanding of E-commerce and Social Media;
Professional written & verbal communication;
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines (proactive in planning, prioritisation and time management); and
A 'can do' attitude and don’t mind 'getting your hands dirty'.
